Customers praise the product for its softness and attractive appearance, noting that the colors are true to the pictures and complement various decor styles. While many find the quality to be good, opinions on the thickness are mixed, with some finding it too thin and others appreciating its perfect thickness. The low pile nature of the rug is a point of concern for some, impacting vacuuming and requiring a rug pad for added cushion.
