Instantly turn any room in your home into a comfortable sleeping space with a Murphy Bed that’s been meticulously designed and tested with your safety in mind. Our wall beds undergo rigorous in-house and independent testing in accordance with ISO 10131, a European safety standard we voluntarily follow that goes above and beyond domestic requirements to ensure safe use in any living space. The Queen Murphy Bed with Shelves (87W) presents a space-saving bedroom solution with modern style and convenience. Whether you need to make the most of a small apartment or simply want a guest bedroom to host the occasional visitor, this queen wall bed promises to make a great addition to your home. A dual piston system allows you to fold the queen size Murphy bed down quickly and smoothly so you can sleep comfortably at night while enjoying your home office, gym, or living room during the day. The mattress support features flexible slats that follow the curves of the body and absorb pressure for maximum comfort. The cabinet bed accommodates most queen size mattresses without a box spring. Take advantage of two fixed and three adjustable shelves to organize a collection of books, brighten up the room with decorations, and keep bedside essentials within reach. To avoid risk of injury, the bed must be installed to the wall and floor structure by a professional or qualified person. Two people are required for assembly. Installation requires attachment to wood studs or masonry, removal of the baseboard, and drilling into the floor. Necessary hardware is included. Do not use this product for children or pets under 50 pounds (22.7 kg). The minimum ceiling height is 90.4 inches and the open pull-down bed extends 92.7 inches from the wall. This queen Murphy bed with storage is North American made with globally sourced materials and is backed by a 5 Year Warranty.
