These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers.. Quality of the frame is amazing! I also appreciate that this product has caps for the screws; gives a very nice finished touch. The color was meh but definitely can live with. At first I was skeptical when it arrived because the box was much bigger than expected (and insanely heavy) and there was some outer box damage with forklift marks. I live on the second floor of a duplex so I had to unbox it in my yard and bring it up piece by piece since the box was so bulky and heavy. But… it’s real wood so it was worth the extra effort. There were a couple weird markingswood glue that I’ve pictured and may reach out to the vendor for but some are in spots underneath that aren’t visible once assembled. Overall, this set is absolutely beautiful! It’s solid and the cushions are thick - they don’t arrive warped compared to other sets I’ve seen. The extra pillows it comes with are nice too. I got this for a smaller space on my balcony and this airy design makes it feel so open without overcrowding the space. I’m so excited to host and sit out in the sun all summer! UPDATE: I was able to fix the lower rails using a drill and a 4mm hex bit. Seems like a solid table now, although like other reviewers say, it is a very small table. So updated from 3-4 stars. I'm unhappy because the assembly is difficult with the allen wrench included. Impossible with that little tool. Also, the lower rails just twist around after the screws are all the way in. For the price of this furniture, I expect better quality. I still have two chairs to put together, and I am seriously dreading it. I'll find the right drill bit and try that. On your website it shows red cushion covers as RED. When they arrived they were an orange/red which I hated. Had to make at least 10 calls to you guys to get it corrected. Every time I called there was a different story. One person even told me I would have to send the whole patio set back for a refund and repurchase it. There was absolutely no common sense. It came to the point when I asked if this was A1, as I could not believe the service. VERY frustrating. Finally a lovely person called and took care of everything.
