This small vanity works perfect for our half bath. We used a piece of slab from our island for the countertop which is really a nice touch. First one came with a cracked sink. Wayfair sent a replacement sink. We pay a handyman to build things like this for us, (interior design company) he's great at it and usually is very fast. This thing had him cussing up a storm. If he rated it the rating would be negative. Every step fought him.
