It arrived quickly. It is hard to find a toilet with a 14” rough in. This does it. What can I say … it’s a toilet… in white… functions as expected. Would order again if I needed a 14” rough in toilet.. Douglas. AB. Sat Dec 27 2025

Great toilet set—installation was quick and smooth per our plumber. It works flawlessly, looks clean and modern, and truly elevated the overall feel of the bathroom. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy upgrade!. A. Oakland, CA. Thu Apr 02 2026

Needs to be packaged better. Tank lid came in broken. Wayfair replaced the whole toilet instead of just the lid and again it came in with lid broken. Trying again but the lid and tank are sandwiched in the same box and then placed in another box with no FRAGILE warning.. Anonymous. Lincolnton, NC. Thu May 25 2023

Ordered 4 and 2 came in broken. This is also only just the bowl and it does not state that anywhere on here. I spoke with multiple representatives and they also said this should be a full toilet with tank and seat and unsure why I only received a bowl. Joette from resolutions team wants me to keep the broken bowl, give me 25% off to do so and also force me to by tanks with no discount. She states the bowl is the only thing that this photo is showing and I was shipped the correct thing. It may be time to seek new management staff at this point Wayfair is going downhill. Gina. Chipped toilet tank. Btw… this is my 3rd toilet order from Wayfair. One arrived in 2 pcs, but my construction was delayed and so the pkg wasn’t opened until after the return window. Now a chipped toilet. Only 13 came without issue. While Wayfair might do something, it shouldn’t be underestimated the cost of having a plumber onsite to do installation and then having to delay construction and reschedule them.. Natalie. Nice toilet. I do think they should come with soft close seats included though.. Gayle. Sun Jul 19 2026
