This looks really good, and I am excited to have a one piece shower base so I no longer have to worry about water leakage. One thing I am pretty disappointed about is that the shower base is super slick when wet. We will have to find a way to make it less slippery without changing the way it looks. Overall, I think its really good but have that one item to figure out.. Victoria. Cocoa, FL. Tue Jan 13 2026

Transolid ultra-low linear shower bases are the perfect choice to replace an old tub. They are to accommodate traditional tub sizes and the drain from the wall to line up with an existing tub drain. Made of numerous layers of Transtone, a sheet-molded compound material that is solid throughout the base and is supported by sturdy structural ribs underneath that radiate out from the drain opening. When combined with a thin-set mortar installation, this creates a flex-free, water-tight installation and a foundation that you can count on. The base features an ultra-low threshold that is just a smidgen wider to even accommodate popular farmhouse style barn doors. The surface is scratch, impact, and slip-resistant with a beautiful slate finish for a minimalist look.

This was a beautiful product.. unfortunately we needed a double threshold shower base and had to return it. Wished we could have used it… my contractor also liked it.. Monthakan. Monterey Park, CA. Fri Apr 15 2022

This shower base fits perfectly. The installation was delayed, but was well worth the wait. It has a good feel and is very sturdy. An excellent choice for the price. I thought the lip around the edges would be a little higher, but it seems to work well with the doors. Looks great. Cant wait until everything is complete. Elise. US. Mon Mar 16 2026

This shower base came very well packaged. It is heavy. I thought for some reason it was going to be light because it’s fiber glass but it is heavy. The drainage hole is not in the center so I will have to make some adjustments to my existing drainage line before I am able to install it. But overall I am happy with this addition to my project.. I was very impressed with this. We installed this in our basement bathroom and wanted a curbless shower. However, because we installed it in our basement we didn’t want to break into the concrete more than we needed to. The low profile of this shower pan, gave an almost curbless function, which is great for my elderly parents. The marble effect adds a nice elegance to our space.. Jessica. Boston, MA.
