Bought this DeerValley pedestal sink for our pool bathroom and it's held up way better than I expected. That bathroom takes a beating. Sunscreen hands on everything, wet towels on the floor, sand tracked in all day, pool toys piled in the corner. Sunscreen was my big worry going in since it stains everything else we own, but the ceramic just wipes down with whatever rag is closest and looks new again. We didn't have the space for a vanity so the pedestal made sense, and it hides the plumbing, which keeps the room from looking unfinished with kids constantly in and out. The overflow hole has already saved us a few times too. Mine never quite shut the faucet off after rinsing their feet. About a month in now: no cracks, no stains, nothing faded. Beautiful sink. I chose it for my very small, oddly-shaped full bathroom and recessed it like a farmhouse sink. I still have some touch up work to do on the cabinet that needed extra cutting to fit the sink properly when the granite was installed, but I love the sink and would absolutely recommend. I have a pull down faucet in another bathroom and I'm considering swapping out my regular faucet for that model because the water from the single faucet (which I love!) flows mostly straight down..
