Maiolica is a versatile collection that combines style, subtleness, and charm thanks to its great combination of possibilities.

This tile is very nice for the price. It has a handmade look, although if you look very closely you can see a slight pixilation of how this slightly mottled color was applied. The boxes were packed well and fewer than 5% of the tiles were damaged or imperfect. And most of those imperfect tiles just had very tiny chips to a corner and could probably be used without noticing. I ordered matching bullnose tiles from Tile Mart. The bullnose edge is on the long side, which is ideal for my vertical installation. Choosing grout was quite a decision. I went with Mapei castle wall.. Amy. Ryegate, VT. Fri Oct 02 2026

Rugged and classic, Slate Attaché 12" x 24" Porcelain Mosaic Tile brings a combination of rustic durability and timeless warmth to any room.

We chose this tile for a basement hallway project. It was significantly less expensive than several other styles we were considering, and was also a small (2x2) mosaic style which was necessary to conform to the cracks and bumps of our 100 year old basement floor. I will note that the color is far more an "olive brown" than anything resembling green. Also, the tiles must have been stored in a hot warehouse, or perhaps a hot delivery van because the sheets were firmly stuck together and were a pain in the neck to separate without damaging the tile. The tile does look very nice, with a fair amount of variation and seems to be of good quality. It will look best with a medium to fairly dark warm grout. Overall, we are happy with this product.. I love the size, shape and color of the tiles. They feel like they are well made. I was happy they arrived intact despite not being super carefully packed (they were not insulated in the package with foam or packing material, but the smaller box of tile was in a larger box that did have packing materials). The way they were packaged might not work out well for a larger order with multiple boxes. There was a residue on each tile (maybe because there was nothing between them in the package) but it scrapes off. I did not see the color variation that is shown in the stock photos. The box I got looks like all the same tone.. Carolyn. Wilmington, NC. Wed Mar 26 2025

The real crema marfil is quarried near Alicante, Spain, and is technically limestone. However, it is widely labeled as marble because it can be polished to a high shine. It has a subtle beige veined background and is an excellent material if you are looking for a gentle warm neutral color palette. Please beware of less expensive options on the market quarried often from Turkey, Indonesia, Egypt, or china as they have less desirable yellow, pink, or red hues.

Tile itself looks great but the small pieces are not attached to the webbing very well - get ready to do some DIY placement of all the little dark pieces along the seams because they fall right off. The packaging and shipping was also inconsistent - one box had a nice firm board at the bottom, while the others did not, allowing the tile to flop around and lose more of the little pieces. And there was a layer of plastic shrink wrap underneath each sheet (assumedly to keep yellow glue from bleeding onto stone), but on one or two of the sheets, it was nearly impossible to get off. Seemed like it had melted at some point and stuck - very annoying. Ordered four boxes and one arrived a week later than the others.. Allyson. Illinois. Wed Feb 19 2025

Because of the cost I couldn’t do the whole shower so I ordered 1 box to do the niche. It’s beautiful tile, very delicate! The first sheet I lifted out to inspect lost a couple of pieces off the mesh backing. I don’t think it was something that happened during shipping.
