We love our new tub. It seemed narrow and not as deep as my old Jacuzzi tub so I was worried. All of my reservations was eliminated when I used it the very first time. It’s the perfect size for both my husband and I. I’m 5’5” and he’s 5’9”. It’s made for one person to fully stretch out and to use as intended. It’s comfortable enough to lean back without a pillow due to the contour of the back rest. The jets are powerful and placed perfectly. I would definitely buy again.. Kailah. Baltimore, MD. I am SO thankful for Wayfair! I had ordered a Kohler tub from HD, and one from Lowe’s, only to find out that they were back ordered for 6 months,,minimum! Wayfair came through for me! In a time period when no one can get tubs, I managed to get one. Also, it’s gorgeous! I was a tad concerned about the size of this, but honestly, it’s perfect. I’m 5’11, and fit perfectly in this! I’ve read reviews commenting that the 36” width is narrow in this tub, and honestly, I have no idea what people are talking about. Unless someone had a real weight issue, the width is not a problem. Don’t forget you need to order the drain assembly!. Linda. Winnipeg, MB. Mon Aug 09 2021

Great solution for a small bathroom. We have a mid century modern home and the largest bathroom is small. We wanted a soaking tub with jets but worried about what could be done in the small alcove we had to work with. This tub is great. Wish it was a little taller to offer a deeper seat because we’re not small people, but it’s comfortable, jets are powerful (you can’t use bubble bath with these jets), and I can’t tell how much of a difference the bask heating feature makes but it stays warm enough for a reasonable bath. No complaints!. Mcm Remodel In Seattle. Mon Nov 03 2025

It’s a good looking tub and I have not used the hot water heater in the tub yet, but plan on it! I also like how the front panel doesn’t look like it actually comes off. It looks pretty seamless almost.. Renee. Chicago, IL. Wed May 09 2018

We love our tub! It's comfortable, the jets are great, and sturdy. I wanted to specifically note that we installed a bi-fold glass partition door with the tub. On one of the sites this tub is listed, someone said that was impossible but we pressed ahead suspecting it wasn't the case. And as you can see in the picture, we were correct. It looks great!. My wife loves the heated option that this tub offers. We purchased this tub to replace a larger jetted tub, our older tub required a significant amount of water in order to use the jets, our new Kohler tub requires about half as much water. It is beautiful and very well made, but very high and a challenge to get into and out of unless you are VERY agile and VERY flexible and somewhat of a shorter person and on the thinner/skinny side. We purchased this after viewing it "empty" in the showroom. This tub apparently has 18 speeds for bubbles. There is not indicator that shows which speed you are on which is a design flaw. There is a barely noticeable difference better the high bubbles and low bubbles. (We had plumbers come out twice b/c we thought it wasn't working correctly) Even at the low bubble speed the bubbles are pretty amazing and so is the noise of the motor. If you want to relax in this tub you basically have to turn the bubbles off and it is promoted as a "relaxing" tub. Not at all relaxing. Laura. Fri Aug 21 2026
