I did not expect tile to be shiny and was trying to match another Pixel Tile in the same color. Wayfair immediately issued a refund and they picked up the tile for return. This is a very nice matte black tile. It appears to be high quality and is great for stairs etc since the color is throughout the tile. This is nice tile. I was afraid the navy blue would give nautical vibes, but I think the design prevents that from happening. Note that it has very, very, minor texture to it, which I think comes from the printed lines. Despite me liking it, I don't think I'll be able to use it because: 1) it looks too dark in my cave-esque kitchen (it looks almost black), and 2) it shows smudges.
