The first tub was damaged during shipping but Wayfair replaced it. I had seen the same tub a little cheaper somewhere else but bought it from Wayfair due to their excellent customer service. Love the updated look the tub gives our bathroom. I do like the step but you can’t really sit back and soak in deep water unless you sit at the other end and put your feet on the step. The finish is very shiny white and cleans well. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.. Ann. Indianapolis, IN. Sun Jul 06 2025

The bathtub itself likely will suit our needs once we are able to use it. However, after having installed this 440-pound tub we found out the overflow hole is a half-inch smaller than the schematic shows. Thus, we could not install a standard-sized overflow valve such as one could buy at any American plumbing store. This put our project way behind schedule. We went from store to store to try and match the screw-hole dimension without success. We finally reached out to Wayfair who immediately understood and made inquiries on our behalf (thank you, Catherine, at Wayfair). It turns out you must purchase a Kingston Brass item particular to the tub. Writing this review so future buyers will know in advance.. Diane Mara. CA. Mon Jun 15 2020
