We received it with majority of parts needed to install. It came and got installed right away. It’s been super hot and my shop is very big. Normally would go in and out quickly during summer but now it’s cooler than my home. Love it and told friends about it. It was priced perfectly and thought kit can’t be but it was. Totally perfect..
