The door has two locks one automatically locks. The other is locked by a key. If you are looking for an aesthetically pleasing door to update your home buy it. ....Update this door is steel so it expand and contracts according to the weather. It cold now so it's hard to put the key in the door and the automatic lock does not lock, so you have to use your key to make sure it locks. There is also a space where cold come to the house. While the overall experience was vey good up and until post delivery of the product, the aftermath was more than we could take: my wife and I were not expecting a tsunami of phone calls, e-mail onslaught and insistence that we should continue to associate, some at the most inappropriate times, with any and all customer service assistants even after bitterly complaining and even screaming through the phone at the dinner interuptor“perpetrators.
