Just got this sink, and had it installed yesterday, the sink is absolutely beautiful! It really brightens up our kitchen! The ripples in the porcelain when light reflects on it at nighttime make you feel like you are at a real river!!! So cool! At first I thought that the ripples were a flaw until my husband looked it up online, and read where they put those in the sink to give one the feel of being at a river. A beautiful relaxing sink, that cheers one up while using it sure is better than the dull boring stainless steel sink that we took out to replace it with. Love the one big sink size as well versus the double sink. I wanted a sink made in the USA, one of the reasons for choosing this sink!. Joy777. USA. Sun Nov 19 2023

I gave a 5 star review because of how Wayfair handled my sitiuation. I ordered a new sink. I have the same sink in white. Decided I wanted a darker one because cleaning a while sink is a pain. Mostly because we are on a septic system and I can't use bleach like I could if i was in town on city water. We ordered the color Cinder. It arrived, we opened the box and it looked good. It took some time to schedule the plumbers to swap the sink. Plumbers came out, removed the old white sink. He went to install the new sink and it was broken on the right side. It was CRUSHED. Not just a crack.... UGH I was so frustrated. We had already paid $150 travel fee for the plumbers to come up because we live in the mountains of Colorado. So he replaced the old white sink and we planned on ordering a new Cinder Color sink. I called Wayfair I was outside of Wayfair's warranty. I think it had been 4 weeks and a couple of days. So Wayfair said they would go back to the sink distributor since it's under warranty with them. The Ikon company came back and blamed Wayfair for there poor shipping company. They said Wayfair was responsible. Personally I think it was the company. Wayfair stepped up and said they would replace the sink. So we ordered a new one. It came cracked. I took photos of the packaging and couldn't believe how Ikon packaged a $1,300 sink. See the photos I attach. So we called Wayfair again and they replaced it a third time. Finally we had a sink packaged as it should be and it wasn't broken. The sink ships from the distributor, not Wayfair so keep that in mind when reviewing there products. Even though I had to return the sink 2x Wayfair was so AWESOME and stood up for this product. My personal suggestions... open your items, completely before install. This is important so you don't run into a delay on installation.. Tina. Canon City, CO. Fri Sep 27 2024

We installed this 5 years ago on a remodel and had looked at the 9" depth in the store and decided on that one. We didn't realize right next to it was the 5" depth and when we went back to order at the plumbing store, accidentally just pointed the 5" depth out in a rush to get it ordered. When it arrived, the plumber pointed it out and said we would hate it and offered to return and reorder, but we had already waited 3 weeks for this one and were eager to be done with the remodel so we opted to keep it. We are 5 years in and wish we had paid more attention and listened to our plumber. The sink, while lovely and works, is not deep enough to counter splashing when washing hands, pots, etc. and so as a result the granite around the sink is already showing signs of hardwater stains that we will have to pay to have polished out. This is a sink more for a side in the kitchen to hand wash vegs, etc in and not for utility /main sink.. Wanetta. Texas. Fri Jan 29 2021
