Three things: it is so big it takes 1/2 hr to fill and uses all your hot water before it is finished. Also the placement of the drain is crazy and STUPID. LUXURIOUS!! Note: if you want the heating element for this tub, it has to be installed during the manufacturing process. I didn't realize that until quite a while after purchasing it, so now I have a bathtub without a water heater. But the water stays so hot in the tub that a heater is not needed ... unless perhaps you live in a place with very cold winters. This is a wonderful soaking tub and is very attractive. But before purchasing, please consider the mobility of your hips and joints. We love our tub! It's comfortable, the jets are great, and sturdy. I wanted to specifically note that we installed a bi-fold glass partition door with the tub.
