We love our new tub. It seemed narrow and not as deep as my old Jacuzzi tub so I was worried. All of my reservations was eliminated when I used it the very first time. It’s the perfect size for both my husband and I. I’m 5’5” and he’s 5’9”. It’s made for one person to fully stretch out and to use as intended. It’s comfortable enough to lean back without a pillow due to the contour of the back rest. The jets are powerful and placed perfectly. I would definitely buy again.. Kailah. Baltimore, MD. I'm beyond frustrated with Wayfair! I have been trying to get parts to fix this tub that came with broken parts from Wayfair for over a month. Each time I call, they tell me that it will be taken care of immediately. Kohler asked Wayfair to send me replacement parts that are available on Feb 22 and it is already March 25. I was promised that it was coming to me multiple times. I recommend you order the tub directly from Kohler if you don't have deal with all the stress.. Nisha. White Plains, NY. Mon Mar 25 2024

My wife loves the heated option that this tub offers. We purchased this tub to replace a larger jetted tub, our older tub required a significant amount of water in order to use the jets, our new Kohler tub requires about half as much water. Three things: it is so big it takes 1/2 hr to fill and uses all your hot water before it is finished. Also the placement of the drain is crazy and STUPID.
