Grid Slate Backsplash Tile

Green Slate is a durable material for both interior and exterior use. We quarry this material from the mountains and riverbeds of Northern China. In order to maintain the popular “outside-in” look, our tiles and mosaics come in either a natural cleft or tumbled finish. This material requires very little maintenance and is extremely resilient.

After searching all the local brand name stores and not finding what I wanted, I happened upon this tile at Wayfair. It was super easy to install and grout. The finished room looks fabulous!. Kimberly. San Jose, CA. Wed Apr 09 2025

Add character and organic warmth to your design with this small scale mosaic. Each small tile showcases the natural beauty of travertine--soft earth tones, subtle texture and charming imperfections created by nature. The tumbled finish gives the surface a weathered, antique look, perfect for creating inviting spaces with a touch of Old World elegance. It blends effortlessly with both rustic and modern designs and is ideal for backsplashes, shower floors, accent walls or decorative borders. It's durable, versatile and full of natural charm.
