The vanity itself is well made and impressive. I purchased the grey and love the color. Unfortunately when we opened the box containing the counter top and sinks one of the sinks had a big crack. The whole top is being replaced at no charge but I won't be getting it for another 3 weeks which has now put our remodel on hold and that is why I am rating it a 4. My advice to anyone purchasing a large vanity do it locally so it doesn't get damaged and you don't have to add a month on to your remodel. Fingers crossed the next one isn't cracked.. Constance. I absolutely love this vanity. High quality with self closing drawers and doors, brushed nickel knobs and a very pretty backsplash that matches the vanity. I originally saw this vanity at Home Depot at a much higher price and decided to shop around. I found that Wayfair had the lowest price. My one complaint though was that it arrived without the countertop. Of course this was my fault for not reading into the description further. I assumed it was included because of how it was pictures and every other seller had included the top in the snow white finish. Lesson learned. I chose the room of choice delivery and am very happy that I did because this is a large piece. Overall I am very happy with this vanity and the service I received from Wayfair.. Joey. Elgin, IL. The vanity itself is very nice and I’m happy with the purchase. Getting it into my home though, was a nightmare. Due to COVID they will not deliver it into the room. I live in a condo on an upper floor. The piece most likely weighs 400lbs! I had to hire a separate set of movers to bring it Into my home. It is my feeling that for heavy items that clearly need professional moving, they should continue to offer the “ into the room service” it was ridiculous to think I could move this myself. There were also issues with the local delivery service Wayfair used to delivery the vanity. They drove by my street and never delivered it to me! Wayfair did a good job in tracking down what happened although they took nothing off of the price for my trouble. I had to pay my handyman for an extra day to install it and went without a sink for almost a week in my primary bath. It was a complete mess!. Lesley. KY. Mon Aug 24 2020
