Finally had an installer show up unpackaged and it was in good shape and I'm very happy with the door. Installer did not use the framing that came with it in separate box. He said that would cost me more money so I'm not happy about that because now I have beautiful framing just sitting in a box in my garage. I understand taking all the framing off and my screen door and reframing would have taken more time. Nice wood grain look installer suggested I stain it but I'm happy with it white for now.. Shelly. First door was damaged, the steel wrap around the edges was crushed into the edge of the door. Customer service was very supportive, they sent a replacement that also had damage along the same edge. The damage wasn't significant I didn't even report it I used bondo wood filler and sanded it and it's good. Since I am painting the door you won't see the small patched area. Happy with the price and initial quality the damage is happening during handling. Robert. DE. Wed Oct 07 2026

Your front door is your best defender. It protects you, your family, and your most valuable personal belongings from theft and damage. Furthermore, our doors insulate your home from extreme weather conditions, as well as unwanted animals, insects, and dust from entering. Our doors have several superior features: a single sheet of metal is used in construction. No welded seams are best as these can significantly weaken the structural integrity of the entranceway. Our doors are also more resilient to mechanic damage, such as sledgehammer strikes. The advantage of a single, non-welded door is that it reduces interior internal condensation. Over time, condensation can negatively affect the door mechanisms. Stiffening ribs: these non-visible details add to our door's security. Quality insulation serves to reduce unwanted external noise, as well as protect against extreme heat, and severe cold. Italian hinges combi Arialdo: hacking is often carried out at the side of a door's hinges. A better feature is utilizing hinges with ball bearings and installed anti-cuts.

I love this door. We paid 600 for installation. We were a little disappointed because I thought the glass would let in a little light. Our previous door bought on my light but no privacy. The door has two locks one automatically locks. The other is locked by a key. If you are looking for an aesthetically pleasing door to update your home buy it. ....Update this door is steel so it expand and contracts according to the weather. It cold now so it's hard to put the key in the door and the automatic lock does not lock, so you have to use your key to make sure it locks. There is also a space where cold come to the house. It did none of this during the warmer months.. Doretta. Baltimore, MD. Fri Jan 31 2025

While the overall experience was vey good up and until post delivery of the product, the aftermath was more than we could take: my wife and I were not expecting a tsunami of phone calls, e-mail onslaught and insistence that we should continue to associate, some at the most inappropriate times, with any and all customer service assistants even after bitterly complaining and even screaming through the phone at the dinner interuptor“perpetrators. Nice quality door. A couple blemishes with the filler. Shipped fully assembled in a sturdy crate. Had to trim the edging on the secondary door for it to close without hitting the threshold, so not perfect as it should be for the price but a nice door. David. US. Mon Aug 22 2022
