It is beautiful and very well made, but very high and a challenge to get into and out of unless you are VERY agile and VERY flexible and somewhat of a shorter person and on the thinner/skinny side. I just wish it was longer and lower. I hope the manufacture reads this.. Melody. South Lake, TX. Sat Jul 11 2026

When this tub works, it’s wonderful! I wanted a heater but didn’t get one. I bought this instead and found I really didn’t need one. The water stays warm the entire time. The only problem I have experienced is getting the whirlpool to turn on/off. You have to keep messing with it to get it to work.. Kmeadow. Tue Jun 25 2024

This tub was purchased for my daughters’ bathroom renovation. The pictures do not do this tub justice! Prior to renovation, their bathroom had a one-piece showertub combo with sliding glass doors. In order to give them a stand-alone tub, along with a very custom designed rainfall shower we had to relocate the vanity over to the wall where the shower wasis located. I was nervous about the aesthetics of the tub, especially given that it was now going to be the focal point of the room. Not only is the tub beautiful and elegant but the girls absolutely love it!!! I will forewarn you you will need all hands on deck to move this tub. It arrived in a wooden crate, with lid, which was great as my contractor didn’t get it installed right away. When I finally get around to renovating my own bathroom I will be ordering my tub from this company. I would give 10 stars if I could!!. Jamie. Fri May 01 2026

The CHI acrylic Undermount tub from Valley Acrylic is attractive, durable, functional, and easy to install. Valley Acrylic tubs are built using a proprietary layering technology to reinforce and insulate the tubs far better than other tubs available today. The process starts with a heavy acrylic sheet with a resin and fiberglass mixture backing then a thick layer of real Canadian wood is applied to the tub which is then coated with another layer of the proprietary resin. This gives the tub better heat retention and insulation than another acrylic, gel coat, or steel tub products on the market while giving unparalleled strength and rigidity. The proprietary layered technology insulates the tub rather than absorbing heat from the water like cast iron which saves energy and water by retaining more heat and making the addition of hot water less frequently to maintain a warm bath. The size is a convenient under-mount size allowing for ample space in the bath and is frequently used for new construction or remodeling under-mount applications. The under-mount style mounts under the tub deck to provide a clean and efficient appearance and removes any barrier from stepping down into the tub. The acrylic layer provides a high gloss surface that is scratch, fade, and crack resistant providing a clean and attractive appearance through the entire long life of the tub. The vibrant surface of the Acrylic tubs cleans up easily with mild soap and water, no scrubbing or harsh chemical cleaners are required. This easy-to-clean nonporous acrylic surface resists the growth of mold, mildew, and mineral deposits providing a safe and hygienic bathing fixture for your family. The CHI tub has a convenient end drain configuration and a luxurious water depth in the large rectangular interior. Valley acrylic, a woman-owned business, creates handmade products that are eco-friendly and manufactured in a Certified Zero Waste factory in Mission, BC, Canada.
