This is a very solid faucet. It's a beautiful brushed stainless steel industrial faucet. It was perfectly packaged. A good size, it's nice and tall which makes for a roomier sink. It looks so beautiful even better than the pictures, and the water pressure is amazing, with 3 settings that include a power spray!! UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes. We were worried this would look too large in our kitchen but I LOVE it. It's elegant, and I actually love the higher handles a lot more than I had expected. My husband and I are both tall though, so maybe that factors in. A number of reviewers mentioned how hard it is to "snap" the nozzle back into the faucet. I found this to be also true HOWEVER, this doesn't diminish it's value to us. While it may not snap back in easily, I find myself not bothering with that since it still retracts and doesn't dangle there awkwardly. It isn't obvious when it isn't snapped in fully (to me), so I find myself not really caring about this, especially when I enjoy the look of it so much. I will try to add photos of this soon. All in all, we really love this faucet. I should also mention that we didn't pay full price, but got this on a pretty great sale price. If I paid full price I might (very slightly) care about all of this a bit more. But I didn't, and I don't. EDIT: I added some photos. The first two show the difference between it snapped in and not snapped in. Can't tell the difference? Neither can I. I had to zoom in to even remember which was which. If it's totally obvious to you and you're first reaction is "Oh LORD how tacky is this lady to not fully snap back in her faucet nozzle! GAH!"...then maybe this isn't the faucet for you.. Rebecca.
