This black bridge faucet looks great once installed and feels solid with good overall build quality. The finish is clean, the operation is smooth, and it adds a lot of character to the space. My only real criticism is that installation would have been much easier if a drilling template had been included, especially for getting the hole placement exactly right. Designed for ultimate convenience, the 3-function pull-down spray head provides maximum flexibility for all your kitchen tasks and allows you to hit every hard-to-reach corner of your kitchen sink.

UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes. For something used daily, the finish should last far longer — very disappointing and not worth the investment.. Jacqueline. Rodney, ON. Tue Jan 06 2026

Like the American spirit, the explore kitchen faucet collection by Elkay was founded on classic ideals transformed by individual interpretation. Select from convenient features like pull-down and pull-out sprays. Available in a variety of finishes to complement your decors such as chrome, lustrous steel, and antique steel.

We were worried this would look too large in our kitchen but I LOVE it. It's elegant, and I actually love the higher handles a lot more than I had expected. My husband and I are both tall though, so maybe that factors in. A number of reviewers mentioned how hard it is to "snap" the nozzle back into the faucet. I found this to be also true HOWEVER, this doesn't diminish it's value to us. While it may not snap back in easily, I find myself not bothering with that since it still retracts and doesn't dangle there awkwardly. It isn't obvious when it isn't snapped in fully (to me), so I find myself not really caring about this, especially when I enjoy the look of it so much. I will try to add photos of this soon. All in all, we really love this faucet. I should also mention that we didn't pay full price, but got this on a pretty great sale price. If I paid full price I might (very slightly) care about all of this a bit more. But I didn't, and I don't. EDIT: I added some photos. The first two show the difference between it snapped in and not snapped in. Can't tell the difference? Neither can I. I had to zoom in to even remember which was which. If it's totally obvious to you and you're first reaction is "Oh LORD how tacky is this lady to not fully snap back in her faucet nozzle! GAH!"...then maybe this isn't the faucet for you.. Rebecca. Portland, ME. Sun Apr 28 2019

Unfortunately I had to return this faucet, as it did not adapt to my plumbing. The costumer service I needed was helpful and responsive.. Kanah. Santa Fe, NM. Fri Dec 12 2025

The strong, streamlined design of the Armstrong™ Kitchen Collection is inspired by George and Joseph Armstrong, railway engineers whose innovations made an impact during the Industrial Revolution. Armstrong marries a modern aesthetic with subtle references to its origins. Handles designed like industrial levers have crosshatch nuances. Ring detailing and bolt-like shapes mirror industrial hardware.

This is the most beautiful faucet. If you are looking for high end and luxury with quality- this is your faucet. It is very heavy and the unlaquered brass is stunning. Highly recommend!. Teresa. Draper, UT. Sun May 17 2026
