This came so so well packed.. it was in a plywood crate and the crate had instructions on how to unbox it. The tub itself had a dust bag like you would get with a fancy handbag. It also had a cardboard cover that included tub installation instructions. The tub it’s self is gorgeous and way it was packed and shipped and designed - made me want to applaud this company. Three things: it is so big it takes 1/2 hr to fill and uses all your hot water before it is finished. Also the placement of the drain is crazy and STUPID. I am SO thankful for Wayfair! I had ordered a Kohler tub from HD, and one from Lowe’s, only to find out that they were back ordered for 6 months,,minimum! Wayfair came through for me! In a time period when no one can get tubs, I managed to get one. Also, it’s gorgeous! I was a tad concerned about the size of this, but honestly, it’s perfect. I’m 5’11, and fit perfectly in this! I’ve read reviews commenting that the 36” width is narrow in this tub, and honestly, I have no idea what people are talking about. Unless someone had a real weight issue, the width is not a problem.
