Here’s a more polished version of your review that keeps your experience, but makes it clearer and more natural for other buyers ⸻ We purchased the TOTO Drake 1.6 GPF elongated two-piece toilet from TOTO through Wayfair and got a great deal. Overall, we’re very happy with the upgrade. It is noticeably easier to clean compared to lower-end toilets, and it flushes efficiently—usually just one flush is enough. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. We expect it to last many years (at least a decade), and it also helps reduce water usage since one flush is usually enough. This is a very nice modern toilet. It is the second Crestle modern toilet I purchased. the first one (model 2308k) had a narrower seat in the front and is one of the reasons I bought this one. On installation, I see others had problems. However, it is relatively easy if you first remove the bidet cover. There are two plastic covers over the 2 screws on the front of the bidet cover that have to be removed. Unfortunately, the instructions that come with this model don't explain this, as well as don't show bolting the toilet base down. which you have to like all toilets. Interestingly, the other model has clear instructions on how to do this. The other mistake in the instructions both toilets have is on the battery backup. You do not have to disconnect the power line and reconnect to the battery line to do this as shown in the instructions. Just put in a 9-volt battery in the battery holder. Probably good to replace it every year or two to be on the safe side if you ever lose power. Like another reviewer said you need to purchase the foaming agent separately.. Dan. Tomball, TX. Shipping: Box was delivered sideways (When it says to keep upright), however no real damage as it was boxed and packaged very well. The plastic LED screen cover was coming above the surface and was able to be popped into place. It worked fine after pressing into place. We were surprised by how heavy/sturdy it was. User experience: Everything looks really nice, and works well. The warm seat is nice when it's cold. The user manual is a bit confusing because of unclear translation in some parts, but we were able to figure out most features. The only part we didn't like was the toilet auto-flushing when turning on the 'wind' feature. The blue light is nice, especially at night. Feels classy and works very well. Technical: Installation was almost like any other toilet, but the margin of space between the toilet and wall is a lot smaller as the toilet porcelain comes back a lot further than other toilets. This paired with a custom 3" long valve needed for this toilet means there is a very small margin for error with the length of your pipe; Not a problem if you know ahead of time. Note,  the valve has a 1/2" threaded side that will need to attach to your inlet water pipe. The kit does include a few useful options like a pressure fitting for copper tubing that can make the job easier, but you might need a different attachment depending on what your house has. We were able to buy an $8 cpvc 1/2" to 1/2" brass threaded attachment. You'll need electrical connection to gain access to all the features, so be aware about your electrical/pipe locations relative to the toilet. The plumbing for the inlet was made for a copper pipe. I guess that is the standard in china. If you have a pex then you have to find a way to connect a copper to the pex. We’re in the start of a much needed full bath remodel and one of our wish list items is a smart toilet after experiencing one on vacation. We have not yet installed this one but wanted to get it unpacked and give it some “test sits” since the shape is somewhat different than your typical elongated toilet. The seat feels slightly different in width but the more noticeable difference being the length of the opening in th seat. From front to back it’s 2” shorter. In fact the overall depth is 2” shorter which will be nice in our small bathroom. We want to do some more dry runs comparing the fell of this shorter style before we commit to installing it. The look is very nice and the toilet is pretty heavy. The finishes are smooth and high end in appearance.
