This was exceedingly well packed. These bizarre spirals of twisted kraft paper did a surprising good job of padding and cushioning a loose bowl, while the tank came in a separate but equally well padded box. This intelligent toilet features a built-in water tank, eliminating the need for additional plumbing configurations. Equipped with powerful UV sterilization technology, it ensures a cleaner and healthier environment by keeping the nozzle and bowl sanitized after every use.

I love the smart toilet, I didn't realize the cost to add an electrical outlet for it would be more expensive than the entire toilet and the installers had trouble installing it. I LOVE flushing this toilet!! I know it sounds ridiculous, but every time I flush I gush about how cool this toilet is. My husband even remarked how unique the flush is. Not to mention it does a great job cleaning his firecracker turds. This toilet is so much easier to clean. Traditional toilets have seemingly 100 little holes that get all dirty. This one has one giant hole, a little trough and done! So easy to keep clean. The chair height is comfortable for most people (it’s too tall for my 4’11” stature, but I make it work). I don’t feel the flush is any louder than ordinary toilets. It’s just really fun to watch it flush!!. Sara. Sun Oct 19 2025

This toilet has a the perfect amount of sitting water in the bowl, which is super important given the federal regulations that limit toilets to 1.6 gallons per flush. I love this toilet. I have another kohler toilet with the 1.28 gpf flush so I knew I wanted one similar to that one. The flush is powerful and circles the whole bowl. My contractor was very impressed with the flush...lol... and said it was a simple install. I chose the black one because I always wanted an all black bathroom. It has a gloss on it, and yes, has to be wiped constantly. Constant wiping doesn't bother me at all. I also have the matching Cimarron pedestal sink. I do agree that for the price of this toilet, a seat should be included. The wood paneling and toilet paper holder are also from Wayfair. It was well-packaged with thick foam so the only issue I had was that the lid had a small crack on it. I'm not sure how that happened but I reached out to Wayfair and asked could they send just a new lid. Wayfair reached out to the supplier and they sent me a whole new toilet...lol. I explained that the original toilet was already installed. I was told to just switch out the lids, print out the Fedex label and they came back in a couple of days and picked up the new toilet. I thought it would have been easier to send a new lid but Wayfair handled it fast and I'm happy.. Anonymous. US. Fri Mar 08 2024

The Eco UltraMax® 1.28 GPF Elongated One-Piece Toilet with CeFiONtect™ projects Toto’s mark of excellence: “People Planet Water.” The Toto Eco UltraMax features a sleek, one-piece design that will immediately beautify the appearance of your bathroom. The one-piece design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also offers the benefit of being easier to clean versus a two-piece toilet. By removing the gap between the tank and bowl, we eliminate the hiding place for dirt and debris. An additional benefit of the one-piece toilet is that there is no threat of leaks from bolts or gaskets that can occur in two-piece toilets. The Toto Eco UltraMax utilizes Toto’s E-Max® flushing system. The E-Max flushing system features a flush valve, an extra-large siphon jet, and a large trapway. This reliable, highly efficient combination generates a powerful cleansing flush while only using 1.28 gallons of water. This version of the Toto Eco UltraMax includes CeFiONtect, a layer of exceptionally smooth glaze that prevents particles from adhering to the ceramic. This feature assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. This version of the Toto Eco UltraMax is a reflection of Toto’s people-centered design, complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility guidelines while maintaining the beauty and innovation expected from Toto. The Eco UltraMax 1.28 GPF also meets the standards for EPA WaterSense®, and California’s CEC and CALGreen requirements. The Eco UltraMax has a left-hand chrome trip lever and an included Toto SoftClose® seat.
