Packing and delivery was great, pieces look well made, but the 12 +2 JCBCW Screws are too large for ALL of the holes, and it cannot be assembled. We love this step stool. We have a Teenie tiny laundry room so we have to store everything UP on shelving, and that shelving is above our sink. Unfortunately we cannot reach it without a step ladder.
