I love the size and shape of this tub, even like the bubbles, but be fair warned, all those little holes you can't see will turn back and have mold coming out of them. I blow the air out after each shower but it still stays damp enough to get mildewed. There is no simple effective way to clean them because the holes are so tiny. I am so disappointed that I spent the extra money to get the bubble massage. Wish I had just gotten a regular tub that I could clean easily.. Boxer Bob99. Connecticut. Mon Jan 18 2021

Kohler needs to refund and take this model off the market! Air bath does not turn on consistently, bask heat has never worked, and the tub has now shocked me twice! Extremely loud, even after moving to the basement and insulating for sound, and the purge cycle sometimes turns on in the middle of the night, waking everyone in the house. Delivery service 0 out of 5 stars. I had a delivery window of 11:30 - 3:30 on Saturday of Memorial Weekend. Stayed home all afternoon. Two guys showed up at 4:00. One BIG guy and his little helper to carry in a heavy $$$$ 72” TUB. I felt sorry for the “helper” “handling” my huge tub by himself on a wobbly dolly . The BIG guy with an attitude WATCHED the “helper” and really didn’t care where he put the $$$$ tub. I’m not sure what happened but the BIG guy does not like his job and should not be in front of customers. MY $$$$ tub looks to be damaged …. Tub Box is crushed. I shall see how this works out..
