Beautiful, easy to work with. Easy to cut, shells are firm on the mesh- won’t fall off. I think this tile is a great beginner for anyone starting out installing tile these are thin so pay attention to anything else you’d need - either border trim piece thickness or backer board. If your walls aren’t perfect or you need to add thickness for your trim. I used a thin layer mastic to apply. Anonymous. Sun Oct 18 2026

DIY peel-and-stick 3D wall decor genuine mother-of-pearl shell mosaic tile for kitchen backsplash, bathroom accent wall super white.

I ordered samples ivory and white. I loved the ivory for its subtle tones of brown, pink, beige, and gray. The tile came boxed snug. No broken or chipped tiles. It is shiny and beautiful. There are 15 mini squares mounted on mesh which is mounted to a padded peel and stick layer. It is EXTREMELY sticky. Even 5 seconds of contact and that tile is NOT coming off! The tiles were very well cut and mounted strongly to the backing. I had to yank one off the wall, sure that I would ruin it, but only one little square was damaged and a dot of superglue made it good as new. To cut them I used tinsnips, which because they are natural shell and very thin and brittle, resulted in splitting and cracking. I hid those edges under caulk. Overall, I am really happy with my selection of this tile. It’s beautiful and easy for a novice.. Jade. Youngstown, OH. Thu Mar 18 2021

Love these! Looks amazing.. used for an accent wall in the bathroom to my beach cottage and I am 100% satisfied. Tiles came in within 2 weeks and with 0 broken tiles. Pretty thin so I would suggest using double sided tile adhesive as the mortar will most likely bleed through then you wouldn’t be able to grout In those areas + the double sided adhesive is mess free! Would definitely recommend!. Jennifer. West Wareham, MA. Thu Nov 10 2022

This tile is a beautiful accent in our beachy shower! It’s very sparkly and is made from real seashell! In the Fall we’ll be re-doing our guest bathroom, down to the studs and I’ve started to gather the pieces I want to add back in. I fell in love with this tile! Because of the cost I couldn’t do the whole shower so I ordered 1 box to do the niche. It’s beautiful tile, very delicate! The first sheet I lifted out to inspect lost a couple of pieces off the mesh backing. I don’t think it was something that happened during shipping. The box of tiles was carefully placed in a larger shipping box that was filled with styrofoam peanuts. It arrived about a week after ordering. It’s very heavy.. Jaye. White Bear Lake, MN. I ended up returning the tile. I actually liked it a lot and would have kept it IF I could have laid it out in the pattern online. Wayfair customer service was great in trying to help and put me in touch with the seller. The problem was that the case of tile was all one dimensional and there was no way to put them together to achieve the pattern. The seller did touch base asking for a picture of the pattern but them got back to me. It’s a shame because I really liked the tile. Diane. Chamblee, GA. Sun Sep 15 2024
