Delivered in sturdy packing. On time. Nice bench. Seems sturdy. Took me about 45 minutes to unpack and assemble by myself. I thought the bench legs could have fit the corners of the bench seat better. Looks fine The bolts were long and fit the pre-drilled holes ok. Model contains a slip resistant tread for stability. Includes a handrail for better personal steadiness when reaching for high objects.

Screws are little short; corners are sharp and not well made of metal. Its not what I thought I was buying (I thought it was an exact duplicate of the stool I bought last year which has rounded corners and is better quality overall) I could return this stool but too much trouble. This stool will go in an upstairs walk in closet for reaching top shelves. It will be good enough. But if I were going to keep this stool downstairs where the grand-kids run around, no.
