We had AC go out and live in AZ. Well over 100* so we bought this unit for our bedroom. Kept us nice and cool. I like that there is no draining of collected water. I has wheels so, easy enough to move around. The company suggests that you wait 24 hours before using. We did but I am not sure what that has to do with anything. We are keeping it for emergency now that our AC is fixed. Worth the $$.. Aynn Batchler. Palmdale, CA. Tue Aug 18 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s been no better way to beat the heat. On days that have been double and feeling like triple digits I’ve been grateful to have this to use. It’s quiet, easy to hook up, and cooled our room within minutes- it circulated to our entire upstairs which doesn’t always have the best ventilation. It’s a larger unit, but packs a lot of power and has a sleek design that it isn’t necessarily an eye sore- you just need the space!. Lorik. Sat Jul 18 2026

For a portable unit, it runs fairly quietly and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I also really like the clean, modern design—it blends in nicely instead of being an eyesore. The wheels make it easy to move when needed, and the LG ThinQ feature is a nice bonus for convenient control. Overall, it has been reliable, easy to use, and puts out plenty of cool air. This has to be one of the best air conditioners I’ve ever had in my life! I love how it’s not so bulky and takes up half the window. This is really one unique design. Not only is it very fashionable, but what a difference this makes keeping the room cool. I have an older house and it’s hard to keep it cooled down, but this air conditioner makes such a difference. One of the best things I love about this is how quiet it is. You can barely hear this thing running it’s so quiet. I can’t say enough great things about this. It’s a must for anyone who needs an air conditioner! 5,000 and above stars!!!!. Leslie. WV. Sat Aug 08 2026

This U-shaped inverter window AC delivers ultra-quiet 32dB operation by placing the compressor outside while keeping full window light and views. With 12000 BTU (ASHRAE) cooling, ±1°F accuracy, 4 fan speeds and 4-way airflow, it efficiently cools medium to large rooms. The inverter design saves up to 37% energy with a $61 estimated yearly cost. It supports smart app, voice, remote and touch control, offers 6 modes, and fits standard windows with included accessories. Complete with safety locks, timer and washable filter for easy, reliable home cooling.

Quietest air condition ever. I was holding my breath when I ordered this AC for a sliding glass window in our sunroom(about 350 sq ft) that was 19.25" wide (one side). Yes, we had to remove one side of the slider and install a panel above the unit. The AC fit almost perfectly and the install was easy. (They even provide little custom cut foam pieces for the top of the unitbto go between the unit and the side filler pieces). We let it set for 24 hours, as suggested in several text messages. Plugged it in and turned it on. It ran thru it's system check and started cooling. It wasn't a ghastly hot day so the temp in the room was in the mid 80s. Within 10-15 quiet minutes, the sunroom was a very pleasant 80° on it's way to 75°. When I used on a ghastly hot day, the sunporch temp was 94. It took it about 30 min to get room to a tolerable 84 with fan on low. When I increased the fan speed, it got down to 80 quickly. When you turn it on it automatically sets to 75. SO QUIET - both inside and out. The buttons and readout on the front are large and intuitive. I'll keep the instructions handy because any function other than cooling isn't intuitive. So far, all we have used is the AC, and we couldn't be more pleased. My only suggestion would be to make the bridge adjustable like on some of the other AC's that don't have the inverter technology. (We bought this unit specifically because we wanted the newer inverter technology.) It has adjustable "feet" on the outside to hold the AC in place. Because the house has vinyl siding, we put a board between the "feet" and the siding to prevent damage to the siding (especially when the temps drop.) We would buy this unit again without hesitation.. Jana. Louisville, KY. Sun Sep 13 2026

The 9,000 BTU mini-split system is a high-efficiency, low-noise solution designed to deliver precise climate control for areas up to 450 sq. ft. Its core utilizes Inverter Technology (17 SEER2) for significant energy savings. Remarkably quiet at just 24 dB, it ensures undisturbed environments. Modern Wi-Fi connectivity via the Smart Life app enables comprehensive remote management. The system provides balanced heating and cooling with a wide temperature range. It ships as a complete installation kit, though professional installation is advised for best results, and includes user-friendly maintenance features for lasting performance.

Relatively sleek looking unit but this requires professional installation which is key! Planning to install in my kids' rooms just in time for the summer. Also, great that this is a split unit that can also heat in the winter - years ago, we had another pump that wouldn't heat if the temp <31 degrees F, making it pointless. This unit on the other hand will operate up to about 5 degrees F. None of this info is easily accessible on the item description. There also is a dehumidifying option as well!. Felicia. Carmel, NY.
