Uncertain how the item is since I never received it. I was shipped the incorrect item:/ I filled out the online form and uploaded photo and a popup said no worries you do not have to return the item and your correct item will be on it's way (7 days later). I never received it and when I called the rep said the message I received was incorrect & I would need to return the other item before the correct product would be mailed. No thank you that would have been over 3 weeks to receive my original order:/ I am sure they are great tiles!. Holly. Chiloquin, OR. Thu Feb 27 2025
