Get creative with this authentic tin tile featuring a 24" pattern with a large concentric square inset and a hammered metal border. Its simple, elegant design makes it perfect for contemporary ceilings and easy DIY installation. Tin tiles aren’t limited to ceilings—they also make a striking alternative to paint or wallpaper. For example, one customer used Pattern #2 in Silver Washed White as a stunning focal wall in her kitchen. Installing tin tiles on a wall is similar to a backsplash: attach them to drywall using nails along with construction adhesive such as Liquid Nails or Loctite Power Grab. The nails hold the panels securely while the adhesive sets, and any of our tin ceiling or backsplash tiles can be used for versatile wall applications.

The tile itself was great. The color was not a match for my application. Had to return, but will be ordering in another color.. Anonymous. Wed Jun 21 2023

The #3 tin ceiling tile is the 6 inch version of our #2 Victorian pattern. It is a favorite choice for backsplashes, ceilings, and small accent areas for its beautiful floral coins and arching diamonds. It comes in a variety of colors, as well as unfinished for a custom look."

Made in the USA and I really like the antique look. I put them on my kitchen ceiling. So pretty. My handyman had no problems installing or cutting. Have some extras left that I may put on the wall above work cabinet in my garage. Highly recommend.. Darlene. Claremore, OK. Sun Jun 01 2025

Make your ceiling or accent wall memorable with this pattern. This authentic tin tile has a 12" repeat with arching diamonds that produce tiling floral coins. Its versatile design lends itself to being one of the most popular designs in the industry for its distinct Victorian feel. Easy installation for a DIY ceiling. The same quality product exists today: American Tin Ceilings uses only the original .010 gauge tin-plated steel representative of turn-of-the-century tin ceilings - never plastic or Styrofoam imitations.

This is a beautiful tile. I shopped for a glossy white ceiling tile and comparable tiles were $1-$2 more per square foot. This is a flat tile and does NOT have a beveled edge. I placed mine directly over the cheaper acoustical tiles and they look great. I rated them 4 stars because of the packaging. They were delivered piled on a pallet and wrapped with clear plastic with the result being scratched tiles. I'm probably the only person that notices the scratches but when you are paying $2.99 per square foot you want a perfect tile. I've submitted two photos; one shows a picture of the original tiles next to the new ceiling tiles and the other shows the new ceiling tiles.. Nancy. Fort Lauderdale, FL. Tue Jun 16 2020

We did a ceiling with the foam ceiling tiles but needed something to go around our stove pipe. I wouldn’t want to do a whole ceiling with these but they worked for what we needed. Planning on painting with white high heat paint so they blend with the rest. Haven’t grouted the foam ones yet so don’t judge lol!
