The award-winning Amiata pays homage to an extinct volcano of the same name—a mountain sacred to the ancient Etruscans, who favored thermal baths. Like all Victoria + Albert bathtubs, the Amiata is composed of Volcanic Limestone™, an extraordinary durable and beautiful stone. The design atelier of Meneghello Paolelli Associati was inspired by this material and the history of Mount Amiata to create a design that is neither concave or convex, but a balance of the two. Shaped to the body and made to sink deeply into comfort, the Amiata stays reminiscent of the past, while being ever present.

Bought this tub as open box. It was a big investment so I had my fingers crossed that it would come in great shape and it did! I saved 1500. Shipping was great and I received it in record time. It’s not in its final resting place yet so I didn’t post a picture.. Sheri. Oakland, CA. Wed Jul 21 2021

I am SO thankful for Wayfair! I had ordered a Kohler tub from HD, and one from Lowe’s, only to find out that they were back ordered for 6 months,,minimum! Wayfair came through for me! In a time period when no one can get tubs, I managed to get one. Also, it’s gorgeous! I was a tad concerned about the size of this, but honestly, it’s perfect. I’m 5’11, and fit perfectly in this! I’ve read reviews commenting that the 36” width is narrow in this tub, and honestly, I have no idea what people are talking about. Unless someone had a real weight issue, the width is not a problem. Don’t forget you need to order the drain assembly!. Linda. Winnipeg, MB. Mon Aug 09 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tub is well made and good finish. Very heavy, but if you order a cast iron tub that's what you expect. I did not want to have a big plastic tub in the middle of my new marble bathroom. As hard as it was to get up the stairs it was worth it and looks great in the bathroom. Order the faucet/filler that is the same brand so that the holes match up correctly. The 7" spread is not a standard size.. Faber. Fri Feb 28 2020

It is beautiful and very well made, but very high and a challenge to get into and out of unless you are VERY agile and VERY flexible and somewhat of a shorter person and on the thinner/skinny side. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I have yet to actually soak in this tub, I can say that the quality and finish are excellent. It is heavy duty and feels great. My husband and I both fit in it nicely (each of us solo, not together). I'm 5'4" and he is 6'. I can extend my legs fully and my head rests perfectly on the high end of the slipper. He obviously can't extend his legs fully, but it is still roomy enough for him. We are both very excited to get this installed to have a soak!. Rose. Tue Sep 23 2025
