We love our tub! It's comfortable, the jets are great, and sturdy. I wanted to specifically note that we installed a bi-fold glass partition door with the tub. On one of the sites this tub is listed, someone said that was impossible but we pressed ahead suspecting it wasn't the case. And as you can see in the picture, we were correct. It looks great!. My wife loves the heated option that this tub offers. We purchased this tub to replace a larger jetted tub, our older tub required a significant amount of water in order to use the jets, our new Kohler tub requires about half as much water. I would also like to mention that Kohler was able to deliver this tub in 1 week's time, My other possible purchase sites were a month or more out.. Nice_tub. Elkland, MO. Wed Sep 29 2021

I love the size and shape of this tub, even like the bubbles, but be fair warned, all those little holes you can't see will turn back and have mold coming out of them. I blow the air out after each shower but it still stays damp enough to get mildewed. There is no simple effective way to clean them because the holes are so tiny. I am so disappointed that I spent the extra money to get the bubble massage. Wish I had just gotten a regular tub that I could clean easily.. Boxer Bob99. Connecticut. Mon Jan 18 2021

Delivery service 0 out of 5 stars. I had a delivery window of 11:30 - 3:30 on Saturday of Memorial Weekend. Stayed home all afternoon. Two guys showed up at 4:00. One BIG guy and his little helper to carry in a heavy $$$$ 72” TUB. I felt sorry for the “helper” “handling” my huge tub by himself on a wobbly dolly . The BIG guy with an attitude WATCHED the “helper” and really didn’t care where he put the $$$$ tub. I’m not sure what happened but the BIG guy does not like his job and should not be in front of customers. MY $$$$ tub looks to be damaged …. Tub Box is crushed. I shall see how this works out..
