I've moved around a lot, lived in new and old homes and apartments. I've never had an alcove bathtub as luxurious as this one. Even my partner who is 6'1 can soak in this tub - the soaking depth makes that possible. Plenty spacious for showering too. The texture on the bottom of the tub to prevent slipping thankfully eliminates need of a mat, yet it's perfectly comfortable to sit on when bathing. Very happy with this tub so far. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, because the plumber who put it in said he had installed many of these tubs over the years, but none in the last couple years. He noticed this one is significantly lighter than those in the past - like everything now, seems more cheaply made than it used to be. Hopefully it stands up to daily use....So far seems solid and I'm happy with it.. Azgirl. Flagstaff, AZ. Tue Nov 02 2021

We love our new tub. It seemed narrow and not as deep as my old Jacuzzi tub so I was worried. All of my reservations was eliminated when I used it the very first time. It’s the perfect size for both my husband and I. I’m 5’5” and he’s 5’9”. It’s made for one person to fully stretch out and to use as intended. It’s comfortable enough to lean back without a pillow due to the contour of the back rest. The jets are powerful and placed perfectly. I would definitely buy again.. Kailah. Baltimore, MD. Great solution for a small bathroom. We have a mid century modern home and the largest bathroom is small. We wanted a soaking tub with jets but worried about what could be done in the small alcove we had to work with. This tub is great. Wish it was a little taller to offer a deeper seat because we’re not small people, but it’s comfortable, jets are powerful (you can’t use bubble bath with these jets), and I can’t tell how much of a difference the bask heating feature makes but it stays warm enough for a reasonable bath. No complaints!. Mcm Remodel In Seattle. Mon Nov 03 2025

I'm beyond frustrated with Wayfair! I have been trying to get parts to fix this tub that came with broken parts from Wayfair for over a month. Each time I call, they tell me that it will be taken care of immediately. Kohler asked Wayfair to send me replacement parts that are available on Feb 22 and it is already March 25. I was promised that it was coming to me multiple times. I recommend you order the tub directly from Kohler if you don't have deal with all the stress.. Nisha. White Plains, NY. Mon Mar 25 2024
