I was SO happy to find this product on Wayfair! I needed about 50 of these because of broken tiles in my home; this stone is in several rooms. I literally could not find the size I needed anywhere on the Internet; I looked for hours. The product arrived in perfect condition and matched what I had; I can't even calculate what it would have cost to remove all my existing tiles because I could not repair it.. Margaret. May 2026, The tile is beautiful! But there seems to have been a packaging/delivery problem, many tiles were chipped on the corners and front edges and a few were broken. There were many other tiles that were chipped on the back side, but I can still use those. The ones I can't use added up to about 3/4 of a box. All 6 boxes looks like they had been dropped as the boxes were torn at the seams. Update: In August 2026 I ordered another box to hopefully have enough tile do tile the shower, but, the majority of the box was broken. There us definitely a problem with packing and shipping. There are maybe 4 tiles out of thus box that are intact. All of the rest either have chips out of the sides and corners or are completely broken in half. I need a refund!. Linda. Springfield, MO. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, the vendor disclaims any liabilities.
