Overall this is a very nicely built unit. Heavy duty, all metal construction in the body, spring, and sprayer handle. The on-off handle is easy to use and adjust, and operates smoothly. The hardware and hoses included seem to be nice quality, although I hate when companies use metric on one end (the faucet end) and SAE on the other end (the water line hookup). My only critiques are the following: The sprayer button was NOT intuitive and while it appears to push IN, flicks up/down to change between sprayer modes. The other is that the spring is extremely stiff and therefore doesn't allow the nozzle to go much lower than the holder. The image of the brushed stainless makes the faucet appear much darker than it really is. The photo I posted is of the brushed finish in an IKEA DOMSJO double basin sink. You will also notice the handle is at a 45° angle. I had to install this way because at full-cold the handle hit my backsplash. I was sceptacle at first, but after a few weeks of use I think it actually makes for a nice ergonomic installation.. Daniel. Denver, CO. Sun Feb 14 2016

1/2 the price with Wayfair!! Fantastic. Leslie. Pleasantville, NY. Fri Jul 03 2020

I thought it was a regular kitchen faucet, but it's not. I don't have a hot water dispenser, so it's going back. Should have read the description more thoroughly. Beautiful, otherwise, which is why I gave it 5 stars. Whitehaus Collection Forever Hot Kitchen Faucet WHFH3-H4131-C.. Palmer. Wed Feb 04 2026

I love this faucet, but the darn thing leaks like crazy from the portion of the faucet that sprays. This is the second one I have tried as Wayfair customer service replaced the first one that I purchased for the same issue. The price of this faucet was $400+, and one would hope that would mean a quality product, but that is not the case with this faucet. The best advice I can give is to stear clear of this product.. Kt. Tucson, AZ. Mon Nov 15 2021

This faucet has the potential to be a 5 star piece except one simple feature that should be mandatory on any pull down faucet. A freaking magnet!!!! How hard is it to include a magnet to hold the faucet in place when retracted. The unit comes with a weight you have to hang on hose which is suppose to hold the nozzle in place when retracted but that does not accomplish this task 100%. I even bought an extra weight and that still did not get it to completely stay fully retracted. a simple magnet will absolutely solve this issue and I am trying to understand why this is not included. Not having a magnet on a pull down faucet is as dumb as Apple removing the convenient one click feature and reintroducing the sliding function to turn off an alarm.. Anonymous. Wed Jul 22 2026

We needed to replace a faucet that had given us trouble with leaks from the start, so I was careful to look for something well built and substantial, and this one does not disappoint. It’s a different kind of design - and has taken a bit of getting used to with the on/off/temperature control alongside the spout, rather than on top of it. Since we were replacing, we were constrained to the same number of holes in the countertop that we already had, and this limited my choices quite a bit. I wanted something vintage looking as well. I’m pleased with the design and construction, and the cost was reasonable. So if you’re looking within the same parameters - I promise that I looked through hundreds of options and this was the best!. Laura. Cohasset, MA. Tue Mar 19 2019
