Water Leak Detector Valves

The Moen Flo Shutoff installs on your home's main water line to monitor flow, pressure, and temperature 24/7, and automatically shuts off your water if it detects a leak, before it causes serious damage. Most water devices wait for a leak to happen, then send you an alert. The Flo Shutoff works differently. It proactively runs daily MicroLeak tests to find small drips, high pressure, and freezing conditions before they cause damage. When something is seriously wrong, it doesn’t just notify you, it automatically shuts off your water. A third-party LexisNexis study found homes with a Flo Shutoff saw up to a 96% reduction in water damage claim events. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Because the Flo Shutoff installs in-line on your main water supply, professional installation is recommended. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

This is awesome. Frequently leaks are stopped with this shutoff. After paying 1,600 for a preventable pipe leak, this pays for itself. Karnik. Fri Sep 25 2026

Are you facing the problem of forgetting to turn off the water and leaking pipes? Don't worry, our water leak detector will save you. It uses high-precision sensors, and once a leak is detected, it will immediately sound an alarm. At the same time, it will close the valve to prevent further leakage, protect your home, and avoid wasting water.

In the event, the homeowner needs additional cable length to reach a power outlet, a 25-foot low-voltage extension cord is available to support the flo smart water monitor and shutoff and battery backup. It is specifically designed to create a proper seal with smart water shutoff’s power adapter and battery backup making it safe for outdoor or indoor use. Homeowners can connect up to 4 extension cables for even more length.

Extend the performance of your Smart Leak Detector with the 6-foot, Leak Sensing Cable. The entire length of the Leak Sensing Cable has leak detection technology, maximizing the area users can detect and protect. Use this cable to fully cover the circumference of an area, such as around a water heater, along a leaky window or basement walls, or under a sink. The Leak Sensing Cable has an open adapter at the end, allowing users to add their existing Remote Sensing Disc, or join up to 3 Leak Sensing Cables for maximum protection against leaks and water damage.

This works very well with the water detectors. as it gets a little bit distance and you can pick up a couple different devices like washerand water heater with one sensor.. Jeff. Tue Apr 21 2026

The innovative GROHE Sense water detector alerts you when unwanted water leaks appear with a pulsating red light and buzzer, in addition to an alert that is sent to your smartphone via the Ondus™ app. This early warning allows you to take immediate action before a simple leak becomes a flood. The Ondus™ app also provides daily updates on changes in temperature and humidity to help prevent frost damage and the spread of mold. Perfect in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, or anywhere a water leak could pose a potential problem. GROHE Sense uses 3 AAA batteries and connects to your home WiFi network.

The GROHE Sense Guard™ water control system continuously monitors water pressure in the pipes, detecting every anomaly from minor leaks to a major bursts. The moment a pipe burst is detected, the water supply is automatically shut off and an alert is sent to your smartphone. AqualQ self-learning algorithm learns your patterns of water consumption and alerts you if your water consumption is higher than usual, even detecting minor leaks and notifying you on your smartphone. GROHE Sense Guard™ also monitors changes in temperature and humidity to help prevent frost damage and the spread of mold. GROHE Sense Guard™ connects to your home WiFi network. In the case of a connectivity loss, GROHE Sense Guard™ continues to protect your home by shutting off water in the event a pipe burst occurs.
