So far, so good—and it looks great in our space. It’s in a basement bathroom that functions as our guest bathroom. It doesn’t get the wear and tear, daily use our other bathrooms get, so I was willing to take a chance on something that wasn’t solid wood. It’s heavy and the counter top is nice. The drawers aren’t truly soft close, but that’s fine. The amount of storage is just right for our purposes—allowing us to store towels on the bottom shelf is key. We love it. For that reason, I gave it one star less. However, a wet or dry microfiber cloth can moisten the liquid spots and wipe them away. This is a beautiful vanity. The drawers are solid and the pullout rails are smooth. As someone pointed out, the counter top does come flush to the cabinet edge but think it looks nice.
