It's not nearly as cool as an air conditioner but it's better than hot dry air blowing when it's too warm out. It comes with 4 ice packs so you can use two and have two in the freezer to switch out. The fan looks really nice and doesn't take up a large footprint. It has given me the ability to put off using the air conditioner a bit. A nice fan. It was easy to assemble. I really like that it has 5 wind speeds and 3 cooling modes settings. The speeds are powerful and efficient so that you can enjoy the breeze at the level that you want. Most fans have 3 wind speeds, so this is pretty cool. The fan oscillating works well.
