The shower looks nice, it arrived faster than expected, but must be since it came from Miami and I live 2.5 hours away. The instructions need improvements, they are not very clear as to what to use to put it together and drill on the tile. The shower handle feels very cheap, they could have use better plastic. Enclosed is a cap that I did not know what to do with it and the tech support had to think about it too. Then they told me that they enclose it in all of the retrofit showers whether it is used or not. The shelve is attached with bolt that require a hex wrench, however it was not included, I have set of the wrench’s and I could not find that fit it after hustling I was finally able to tied it. Also the company should include better anchors and enclose at least one or two. I had to use stronger ones that I bought at HD. It is not hard to put it together once you find a way to do it. Fortunately, this product was extremely easy to install as I was able to use the same supports that existed from a previous tower. This made installation very simple and very fast. Unfortunately, my contractor was wearing a zippered jacket when he tried to attach the unit to the wall. He scratched the stainless. But upon installation, the scratches weren't visible. Because it's stainless steel, it naturally shows water spots very easily. I have used WD-40 on my stainless appliances from time to time and I found it to be very effective. That said I'm not a contractor so I don't know if this is an appropriate cleaning method. I had a heck of a time, though, turning the thing on and laugh as I write about it. Reading really is fundamental! I always read the instructions before trying to operate anything mechanical. I didn't this time and became soaked in the process of trying to take a shower before even stepping into the shower. Also, the icons are teeny tiny ones and almost impossible to see without a headlamp and magnifying glass. That said I'm old and that could be my problem. Lol. Also, this item is a great bang for the buck as they say. Had I not been able to find another tower that appealed to me? I would've had to rip the wall and tile out to install a regular showerhead. Can’t wait to install! Only giving it a four because it has what looks like water stains. Not sure if it was used or if this is From testing to make sure everything works before shipping out.
