I love the unique shape and style of this irregular hexagon pattern. The surface of tile is sort of matte with shiny flecks to mimic a natural stone. I think it’s neat and reflects light cool if you have light coming in the windows at the right angle. The only reason I docked a star is that some of the spacing of the tile are uneven on the adhesive netting backer. Green Slate is a durable material for both interior and exterior use. We quarry this material from the mountains and riverbeds of Northern China. In order to maintain the popular “outside-in” look, our tiles and mosaics come in either a natural cleft or tumbled finish. This material requires very little maintenance and is extremely resilient.

The tile is beautiful. I love it. I haven't installed it yet, and I know I will have to be careful as some of the pieces (may 1-2 on each square) is loose. A few have fallen off while I was setting up to see them in place. No big deal for me, but it might bother someone. What I love the best is the color and variance in the stone. It's just gorgeous..
