The Liljan vanity is beautiful but I had a lot of trouble with it. I am wondering if it was someone's returned article.....first the drawer pull had an entire section where the finish had come off and the stainless steel below was exposed. The vendor sent over a new handle so at least that was good. The once the vanity was installed, I discovered that the bottom drawer was misaligned and jutting out. Since the drawer rails were preinstalled my contractor could not adjust these. Hopefully someone will come and fix the vanity drawer and it will get done, otherwise will be a big problem for me as to now uninstall it, send it back and purchase a new vanity will be very expensive and painful.. I love the modern look and floating style. The instructions were subpar, omitting written language in favor of images, arrows, and numbers on the cabinet base instructions. I’m handy with tools and was able to modify a few things to make it work. Firstly, pieces 4-8 have an end with larger holes. These holes go against pieces 1 and 2. I wish the instructions had said that! Second, the hangers did not work in the ore-drilled hole location. I had to move them toward the front of the cabinet and loosen the hanger before screwing them to the cabinet. That was the only way to get the cabinet pulled in close to the wall. Third, I wanted the unit mounted to studs so I added a couple holes in the top strap where the studs were. I hate drywall anchors, especially the cheap ones included in the kit. If you’re going to use drywall anchors, you’re better off using the screw-in type or toggles. Lastly, FYI the drain pipe kit that comes with the sink is 1-1/4” flexible pipe.. Hallie. Raleigh, NC. If you’re a DIY-ER you can handle this because you have to assemble the ENTIRE thing yourself(minus countertop) Quality of material is not great at all and very SHORT shallow 2” tall drawers(that you build yourself) (sink is made of just a thick large tile material so needs to be handled with care and no directions as to best secure sink to base but liquid nails are the route we’re using) but I was looking for a reasonably priced vanity that had drawers and a striking sink and countertop so I got what I paid for and fit my lower budget needs. If you have a tiny bathroom and don’t need much storage this is nice but if you want a higher quality piece look elsewhere. Love this mounted floating vanity! I only gave it a four star because my husband had some challenges getting it put together. He said there were holes in a panel, but none on the vanity. We were concerned with destroying this new item. Once installed one other issue was a minor crack in the flexible J bend which caused minor drips.
