First of all the carrier is so heavy, that a woman could not lift the ramp into the upright position, it is almost impossible, and I’m quite strong. If a woman is buying this and expecting to be able to lift the ramp - get a lighter weight one because this one weighs too much. The ramp itself seems to be made well, but I think it could have been made a little more sturdy when being secured on the SUV. It’s a little wobbly. Everything was in the boxes that we needed except the covers for the tie-downs which customer service was ordering both of them for me.. Richard. Sun Oct 09 2022
