I can adjust the hand held part so I can not only sit but can stand comfortably while bathing. What a pleasure not having to worry about having to reach up to grab the hand held of my older shower. I havent used the rainfall part yet but will soon. I also want to say that I dont experience the dripping because when I turn it off its off. Temperature is easy to set. Was nervous about this purchase but I love it. It looks so pretty. I think I surprised my contractor though because of the two showerheads and the handheld all located on one wall. My original was a basic 1997 tub/shower combo. So we only had one tub faucet and one shower head. Converting to a luxury walk-in shower, I knew I wanted some bells and whistles. I was hesitant to purchase this product since so many other reviewers complained about the plastic. However, it is literally identical to metal but without the buildup. Kohler specifically designed it this way with intentionality. It still feels substantial. It’s beautiful. I will circle back with another review once installed in our new bathroom. However, I think this was a more than fair price point considering the product. It’s still clearly Kohler quality, albeit something you may not expect from a traditional faucet. It’s worth nothing the plumbing parts including the arm from the wall all are metal along with the handle to adjust the water temp. I haven’t yet received the hand sprayer.. Hannah. Dunwoody, GA.
