Looks to be a great product. Transolid needs to improve the packaging. Ours arrived with damage to one corner which fortunately will be hidden once installed and should present no problems in future. The texture which mimics stone, perhaps slate, is fantastic. Like most shower pans, this one gets set in mortar and promises to be quite "solid". Really looking forward to the finished bath.. Dale. I cannot be more pleased. It was pricier than I was expecting, but I’m putting in granite walls and I wanted something high-end. While I was able to take the old shower pan out by myself, putting it in was definitely a two-man job. This thing is a beast, but it is absolutely dropdead gorgeous. The installation was easier than I expected. Here’s a tip, don’t throw away those six cardboard blocks that come with it. They aren’t for shipping. They’re needed for the installation. Read the instructions before you throw anything away!. Dyi Dad. Fri Jan 23 2026

Remodel contractor here. Overall this is one of the better pans I’ve installed. However it was bowed up about 1/4” in the center along each side rail. Made installation pretty tricky. Had to reset the pan and mortar base a few times to make sure i had full contact underneath. Nothing you shouldn’t expect with the junk products everywhere these days.. Cduck. RI. Sat Nov 02 2024

When you plan a new bathroom or fix an older one, the shower floor often decides how the space feels. This 72 × 32-inch Shower Base Tray in gives you a strong start. It’s solid under your feet, easy to care for, and fits right into most standard enclosures. The solid-surface body keeps its shape for years without flexing or turning dull. The surface feels smooth yet firm. You can step on it daily without marks, scratches, or water stains. Because it’s non-porous, water doesn’t soak in or sit long enough to grow mildew. A light wipe after a shower is usually enough to keep it clean. You don’t need polish or heavy cleaners—just warm water and a soft cloth. The side drain sits where water naturally flows, so the floor stays dry and safe. The Drain Cover & Waste blend in neatly, keeping the look clean while stopping hair or small debris from clogging the pipe. Drainage is quick, quiet, and even across the surface. Installation takes little time. You can place the base in a remodel or a new build with standard tools. The low threshold makes it simple to step in and out, useful for families and anyone wanting comfort with safety. Once set, it feels steady and sealed, giving you a watertight floor that won’t shift or creak. The design looks sharp without showing off. Soft corners and a light matte sheen work with both modern and classic interiors. It’s the kind of upgrade that doesn’t scream for attention but makes your bathroom easier to live with every single day. If you value simple upkeep and quiet strength, this Shower Base Tray gives both—built to last, easy to trust, and made to look good for the long run.

Kimberly. Montreal, QC. Wed Feb 18 2026
