The cream is more of a light grey, but pretty true to the picture! They arrived well packaged and in tact. Love this as an accent to the main wall in my new shower. Tile guy said it was HARD to work with because it’s very thin. So the glue filled the grout lines. Not SO HORRIBLE if you choose glue colored grout. But I wanted black, so he had to go through each piece and make sure there was room for the grout. Not sure I’d buy again. This is absolutely some of the most beautiful tile I've seen. I installed it in a bathroom floor, and i get all sorts of comments on it.
