This arrived in great shape as described. Looks great. Per earlier reviews we added extra light in room. My only critique is that unless you have it on a switched circuit the blue standby light will always be on. This mirror is so nice! I LOVE the lighting and how you can change the color of the light from bright to warm and dim to your brightness preference. I purchased 2 mirrors for a bathroom remodel. After opening 1 box for installation I noticed the bottom right beveled corner appeared damaged. I purchased the mirrors at the beginning of the remodel so I was outside of Wayfair’s refund window. However, I reached out to the manufacturer who provided excellent support, helped me resolve the issue and even offered partial compensation. Turns out the issue with the mirror was glue and not cracked glass. The manufacturer provided easy instructions on how to remove the glue, which worked perfectly. Great mirror, as pictured, it’s packed really well and was delivered quickly. only downside is the hanging mechanism. It only has hooks at the top, and needs additional creativity to fix the lower part to the wall so that it doesn’t “wiggle”, especially if hanging above vanity in the bathroom where it will need to be frequently cleaned.
