I ordered this for my 80 year old mother who mostly walks with a cane but needs a little more support from time to time. I liked the versatility of this product, which converts from a rollator to a transport wheelchair pretty easily. It was a bit challenging to put together. The first try I ended up putting it together backwards-the QR code on the instructions took me to an instruction video for a different product (a bathtub grab bar) and the photos included in the instructions weren’t detailed enough to be helpful. But I figured it out and once it was together it was great. It’s not very heavy, has break locks to keep it steady when sitting down or getting up, the foot rests are very light and easy to add or remove and store under tor seat, and my mom loves the purple color, which is more like a lilac or deep lavender than purple. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the back rest needs to be more adjustable. My mom is a fairly small person and she has to sit all the way back in the chair to have her back against the backrest and complains that it should be a bit higher, but there is no way to make the backrest smaller or move it higher up. Still, for the price and all the other benefits, we can make it work!. Jennifer. Silver Spring, MD. Fri Jul 31 2026
