I was a little concerned about the size of this tub but we had limited space and went for it. Since it's been installed I absolutely love this tub. The tub is the perfect size. I did a remodel and when we removed the d tub there was 28” of empty space on the other side. Great opportunity to upgrade from standard builder grade tub. I bought this from another source and had it installed by a plumber. It looks great and is a breeze to clean. The patterned bottom does NOT make it non-slip. You will want to be sure to have a grab bar and/or a tub mat if you use this with a shower. The rim around the top of the tub seems to slope slightly toward the wall on all sides, maybe to keep toiletries from sliding off, but it also means that water pools against the caulk in the seam with the wall.
