The material is high quality, retains heat well, and our plumber said it was easy to install. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is very heavy. The product listing says it weighs 165 lbs, but based on our experience, the actual overall weight is definitely more than that. We were able to get it up to our second floor with three men and a dolly, but it was definitely no easy feat. I would recommend being prepared for the weight when planning delivery and installation. Delivered today and it's fantastic! I ordered the 55" and I'm 5'5 and can fully stretch out my legs so huge plus! the curve on the back also seems very ergonomic, so I think this will be a very comfortable soaker! As far as quality, this thing seem solid. I wanted solid surface for the heat retention but bonus that this doesn't have any of the creaks/give that a fiberglass/acrylic tub has. Delivery was also very smooth, and my tub looks perfect (no marks, scratches, or other blemishes I've seen in other reviews).
