We finished our project back in December 2023 and, so far, these tiles have held up beautifully. Not only that, I get sooooo many compliments on them when I show people photos or give them a tour in person. This bathroom was part of renovation that saw a half bath (originally just a sink and a toilet) be turned into a bathroom with walk-in shower. We had this work done as part of a self-contained studio to rent to travelling nurses on short term contracts to help with my Mom's care costs. I feel that this bathroom has played a huge part in the fact that we have not had an empty rental period since January. We also bought the vanity pictured in my photos from Wayfair. This was just what I was looking for in actual marble - not ceramics or porcelain. The textured pieces along with the glossy prices (at least on the white carrara version of these tiles) were perfect for my shower floor as the textured tiles have great grip for wet barefeet =). Was very easy to layout - and make final cuts. If you are DIYing like me - take your time - I put on painters tape on the back mesh and face of the tile prior to making my cuts on the harbor freight tile saw. It was on the tape I made my measure marks and slowly made the cuts with little to no chipping - Thank youtube for all the tips! What you see is literally the tile just as I finished grouting and super happy with the results - should be finished with this little project in a few weeks as the shower glass is taking forever to deliver :(. Stunning tile! I never would have thought Id pick this tile but Im so glad I did. My kitchen is not done yet (as you can see) but since I decided on white upper cabinets and gray lowers, I needed a tile that would blend the two. This tile did the trick and then some! I now have to pick my hardware and this tile allows for various options. So different from plain old white, yet not overbearing at all. Very durable too because I and my installer dropped one here and there and there was no cracking whatsoever! Shipping packaging was perfect too. No broken tiles.
